Photography & What It Means To Me

For the kind of photography I do I need a scanner. I have over 1000 pictures saved on my computers and Drives. (I also have a few jump drives too,)
When I was in my 30s I took a chance and bought a scanner and what was new at the time--a digital camera--it was blue--my signature color. It used batteries and a flat disc that saved all the pictures--the computers that I've had all had a place for this to go,
At the time I didn't know what I had and didn't use them as much as I could have.
Flash to years later--after I sold the camera (AGFA) and the scanner.
I bought a new scanner and this time used it on EVERY picture I had--that's how I got over 1000 pictures--Mostly family and a lot of me.
I didn't take most of these pictures--I made them digital by using my scanner. As long as the computer and laptop and jump drives and backup drive (for everything) are safe--I will have these picture forever.
I'm also good at taking pictures and this is where my business lies. I can get that perfect shot without hardly trying.
My Camera Roll on my Apple phone has almost 9000 pictures on it. A screenshot is a wonderful thing. And Dropbox keeps them ALL.
I take pictures at family events--group events and pictures just to prove you were there. A selfie--but with better aim because I'm taking the picture. Children's pictures--in nature and in your house.
I hope that I can help capture that moment--that perfect moment--for you and your family to look at for a long time to come--if stored properly--forever.
Some day I will take out these pictures and use them in My Heritage app. Everything is set.
Ancestry is also a nice app to keep your family's pictures in.
